Meet Akino, an OC of mine in my One Piece fanfic "Grand Line Kaigun'in". She's a cross of Bellemere and Vivi's personalities, so...yeah. A lot of angst. A LOT. Her dad's president-king of turmoil- and strife-ridden Eijiyas, whose republican democracy has begun to fall apart at the hands of the Heiwa Michi Kaizokudan (an OC crew that I randomly created for the purpose of creating conflict and subplot in my fanfic). Barely managing to escape with her life, she joins the Marines to hopefully be able to rally support for her country in time. At this point in the story, she's integral in changing her new-found friend Sei'i's naive perception of the world as they both struggle to achieve their goals in the midst of betrayal and attack from the Heiwa Michi themselves.
